Working in Management Teams

2. Establish cooperation between departments
During this Masterclass you will literaly experience the importance of teamwork. You learn how to establish cooperation between departments. You will experience what happens if departments do not work together and what the impact is when they do. After this experience you know exactly what to do in your own organisation.

The duration of this Management Training in one day
This management training is based on the transformation of an organisation from classic hierarchical to efficiënt, quality minded. You might recognize in your own organisation that departments do not work together, that decision making goes slow and operators suffer from rework.
