1. Design the production management system
During the simulation game you will become aware of the system. But first, the system needs to be created. What are the conditions and criterias? Moreover, what is the role of the leader? During the day you will experience literally how important it is to understand the system and processes.

2. Establish cooperation between departments
During this Masterclass you will experience the importance of teamwork. You learn how to establish cooperation between departments. You will experience what happens if departments do not work together and what the impact is when they do. After this experience you know exactly what to do in your own organisation.

3. New thinking is organised and experienced
Alter patterns and you will see new options. In order to establish excellent performances working harder is not the solution. Trainer Prof. Dr. Bill Bellows
Bill is a well-known professor and trainer/consultant in the American rocket and aerospace industry. His career spans from Rocketdyne (Space Shuttle engines) to Boeing and beyond. In addition, Bill teaches quality management at California State University, Northridge and Southern Utah University. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Deming Institute. Together we create and teach intriguing programs for you, as we currently do, for example, for the Polish Aerospace Industry.
Trainer Jeroen Verberk
Jeroen is trainer and consultant in the high-tech industry in The Netherlands. He serves organisations for 25 years and has a broad experience in leadership, strategy and organisation development. Patagonia Consultants B.V. collects managementinformation and experiences from all over the world. For that purpose Jeroen travels to Japan and the USA to world class manufacturers, like Toyota. We share all our information with you in events like the Masterclass.

The duration of this Management Training is one day
This management training is based on the transformation of an organisation from classic hierarchical to efficiënt, quality minded. You might recognize in your own organisation that departments do not work together, that decision making goes slow and operators suffer from rework. During this management training you will start in such organisation and step by step you are guided through a transformation process. This change from one to the other stage is a true experience which will open your eyes.
From the Masterclass to the MasterCourse
Once you have experienced the magnificent transformation and you have understood the mechanisms, the next step is to join the MasterCourse.
